Shipping
Each item has shipping prices listed. We will do our best to combine shipments to save you money. We normally ship USPS.
When you receive your shipment
We would like to know that you received your shipment in good condition. Please email or phone us at your convenience. Please inspect your package carefully. We make every effort to package so your purchases arrive safely. In the event there is any damage, please retain all packing materials and make note of damages to the packaging or the item. This will facilitate your claim.
Returns
- Refunds cannot be made on special or customized orders.
- Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. We will refund only the price of the merchandise, not any packing or shipping charges. We do not accept COD returns.
- Before making your return, please call or email for a Return Authorization Number.
- Pack and ship carefully, returns are only accepted if in original condition.
